From father to son, from France’s southwest to the global market, the bakehouse, the bread and the commodities are parts of ours lives. Not a single day without ours requirements being tested.
Since Frederic, in 1875 and his son, Honore, in 1912, two master bakers who fixed, at Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat, Dordogne, the principles of baking ”a good bread”, we have never compromise and stop to perpetrate, wherever they are, their recommandations to our customers.
Today, the fourth generation is commited to carry on these values through the essential : wheat flour. This is where it starts and make the difference. Fom the way the bread will taste, and look, the flour and its specifities will command the results.
It is with great pride and a strong sense of responsabilities that we are growing since 135 years on promoting quality. On a strong developing international market, we contribute to promote and defend this knowledge of the traditionnal french bakery. This is by supplying a wheat flour of quality that we ensure the continued existence of this know-how.
